Born into a family business of real estate and construction in the West Village of Manhattan, Val Martins naturally gravitated toward becoming an agent and business manager at a young age. Beginning as a sales agent for Town Residential and later a property manager for several landlords in NYC, Val began her own property management firm where she managed and rented a multimillion dollar portfolio of residential and commercial units. There she began to alter and renovate below market rent apartments in order to garner the highest possible revenues for her owners.
